All for a flat $25 payment per domestic flight and can be purchased below. This policy also covers rebooking assistance, concierge services and more. It's great for flying on busy days!

We are glad you wish to travel with Are We There Yet? Tours! Before you make your reservation with us, please read the following Terms and Conditions. We know that it might seem boring, but we are told that it is important.
Responsibility Clause aka The Fine Print
Are We There Yet?, LLC (AWTY) acts as an independent contractor that arranges travel-related services for tours. AWTY nor its agents or affiliates act as your agent or as an agent for others who provide services in connection with any tour, including, but not limited to, hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation. These service providers also act as independent contractors. AWTY, their agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates and the tour operators shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience arising out of or related to any act, omission, negligence, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such services or any defect in any vehicle or other equipment, and they shall not be responsible or liable for other occurrences and conditions that are beyond their control, including, but not limited to, strikes, theft weather, acts of terrorism and acts of God.
You agree to release AWTY, their agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates from all such liability and to look to those who provide services in connection with your tour for recovery of any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience. In addition, you agree to release AWTY, its agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience arising out of or related to any act, omission, negligence, accident, error or default of AWTY and its agents. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your protection.
AWTY reserves the right to decline or remove any person as a member of a tour and to change the itinerary or to withdraw any or all tours of portions thereof. If this is necessary, we will resume the scheduled itinerary as soon as possible. If any tour must be withdrawn by AWTY prior to tour departure, liability is limited to a refund of money received by us.
Other tour operators are responsible for arrangements on certain tours. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the tour operator responsible for arrangements is located; all disputes or causes of action shall be brought in that state.
